Transitioning from an individual contributor to a supervisor role is both exciting and challenging. This presentation will explore strategies for shifting from personal productivity to team leadership. Key topics include developing emotional intelligence, effective communication, and delegation. We’ll cover moving from “doing the work” to empowering others, cultivating empathy and conflict resolution skills, and learning to trust your team while balancing support and autonomy. Time management and prioritization will also be highlighted.
