The 22nd Annual Shields
Society Luncheon gave members a behind the scenes virtual tour of the Student
Farm, and they learned about how the Student Farm is teaching the next
generation of land stewards, while feeding the community and bringing beauty
into the lives of so many.
Chef Santana and Chef James also showed some of the exciting ways
UC Davis Health is incorporating healthy eating into the lives of patients
through the farm-to-fork healthy food program.
