Dr. Liz Applegate has been a fixture here at UC Davis teaching the
largest undergraduate course Nutrition 10 and Nutrition 11, educating
more students than any single instructor at the University of
California, Davis to date. Over the years Liz has implemented creative
concepts and innovative technology in the classroom, and for the past
several years has offered Nut 10 in a Hyflex format to over 1,000
students per quarter.
As this is her last quarter teaching Nutrition 10, Dr. Applegate shares
her experiences and musings from the past three decades. The
presentation is sure to inspire educators, students and all those who
enjoy a fun lecture!
