Authenticity is being yourself without covering or hiding elements of you.  In this session you will be given time to process in a variety of ways to think through how people and situations influenced who you are and how you present yourself at work. Participants will learn how work environments can impact a person’s authenticity, ways to building authentic work relationships, and how to take advantage of UC Davis opportunities to greater expand their network.
