Dr. Zane Moore shares his passion for coastal redwoods and for exploring the genetics that make them so awe-inspiring in this clip from the documentary film, "Giants Rising." Moore was a plant biology graduate student in the UC Davis Department of Plant Sciences when he was filmed inn 2022, in part at Henry Cowell State Park near Santa Cruz, Calif. The award-winning film is by Lisa Landers of Tangent Productions.
