The UC Davis chapter of the Alt. Protein Project is a group of graduate and undergraduate students interested in innovative research and applications of alternative proteins (plant-based proteins and cultivated meats). The Alt. Protein Project is supported by GFI.
This research panel features researchers from across the UC Davis community to discuss the need for alternative proteins and the feasibility and scale of production. We also discuss how their work may relate to this field and how our campus can get more involved in the field.
