This is a recording of "Accessibility and Inclusion in Teaching: Perspectives of Autistic and Neurodivergent Students," a workshop which took place on November 23rd, 2020. Neurodivergent students from the Autism and Neurodiversity Community at UC Davis, an on-campus peer-support club, presented this workshop for TAs and graduate instructors on disability accessibility and inclusion, focusing on the specific case of autism. Participants will learn about the importance of neurodiversity and inclusion, hear autistic students describing autism and their experiences on campus, and be provided with specific recommendations regarding ways in which TAs and instructors can better support autistic and disabled students. Please note that the video has been edited and breakout room discussions have been deleted.
