UC Davis Veterinary Medicine has the potential to do more for humanity than ever before. What will we do in the next 75 years? Animals are benefitting greatly from human health innovations, while veterinary medicine is also becoming increasingly important to human health.
Hear from Dr. Kathryn G. Koehler about the groundbreaking translational medicine research taking place and how the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine is leading the way. Dr. Krystle Reagan will share how artificial intelligence (AI) is being integrated into clinical decision making and how it can be utilized in human health diagnostics. Dr. Michael Kent and Dr. Robert Rebhun are working on cures for cancer in animals, and in partnership with UC Davis Health, they are working to translate this research into cures for cancer in humans.
