Tai Chi for Beginners | Session 2 of 4

Taijiquan (or tai chi) is a meditative martial art that originated in China. In this class, you'll learn warm-up exercises that include gentle stretching and movements that you can learn quickly, as well as the basic movements that make up the longer Yangjia Michuan taiji forms. You don't need any special equipment or clothing to practice taiji, and you can adapt it to whatever level of mobility you have, which makes it a great lifelong practice.
