Tamar Ettun is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, New York.
Among others, she has had exhibitions and performances at Pioneer Works
and PERFORMA. She received awards and fellowships from The Pollock
Krasner Foundation, Chinati Foundation, and MacDowell Fellowship,
amongst others. Ettun founded The Moving Company, an artists collective
creating performances in public spaces and a social engagement project
with Brooklyn teens hosted by The Brooklyn Museum. Recorded on Oct. 7,

Ettun was the fall 2021 visiting professor in The California Studio:
Manetti Shrem Artist Residencies. The talk was organized by The
California Studio in the Department of Art and Art History and
co-sponsored by the Manetti Shrem Museum.
