The Role of Academia in Developing Cultivated Meat and Alt Proteins
Here, a moderated panel of academics will discuss the efforts being made at US institutions to help commercialize cultivated meat. This would include research and technology development, teaching and training, and continuing education. The panel will also discuss limitations of current approaches and where the largest opportunities lie for academia.
